1 Collection and processing of (personal) data

IP addresses are not registered completely but shortened before they are stored. Therefore, tracking to a certain computer is not possible. We do not combine logged data with other data sources, in particular data allowing identification of a certain person. Logged Data is kept for 30 days after which the logged data is deleted.

1.2 Collection of personal data

Personal data, such as your name, your address, phone number or e-mail address will not be collected unless you provide this information voluntarily, e.g. as part of your desired registration, a survey, a prize draw, to execute a contract or when you request information.

5 Information, deletion, blocking


You are entitled any time to request free-of-charge information about your stored personal data, its origin and addressees and the purpose of data processing. You are entitled to correct inaccurate data and to delete data that is no longer required for further use or the use of which you no longer consent to (instead of deletion, data may be blocked if storage is legally required).

5.1 Routine deletion and blocking of personal data


The data controller shall process and store the personal data of the data subject only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of the storage or if so provided by the European legislators and regulators or any other legislator in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject.

5.2 Period for which the personal data will be stored


The criterion used to determine the period of storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After expiration of that period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, as long as it is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or the initiation of a contract.

6 Use for advertising purposes and right of objection

6.1 Newsletter


If you want to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, we need your email address and information which allows us to check that you are the owner of the email address specified and that you agree with receiving this newsletter.

To make sure that you want to receive the newsletter, we use the double opt-in procedure. This means the potential receiver is added to the mailing list. 7 Data protection for job applications and during application procedures


The controller collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application procedure. The processing can also be done electronically. This is the case, in particular, if an applicant submits corresponding application documents by electronic means, for example by e-mail or by means of a web form on the website, to the controller. If the data controller concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the submitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with legal requirements. If no employment contract is concluded with the applicant by the controller, the application documents will be automatically deleted two months after notification of the refusal decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of the controller are opposed to the deletion.
