BREEAM

BREEAM Certification of Sustainable Buildings

Trusted mark of sustainability

BREEAM stands for Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method and is the British sustainability certification scheme for buildings.
BREEAM was established in 1990 and today is one of the most common and internationally recognised certification schemes for sustainability in buildings.
More than 550,000 buildings have been BREEAM-certified and over two million are registered for certification in more than 50 countries worldwide.
A building earns one of six BREEAM rating levels: Outstanding, Excellent, Very good, Good, Pass or Acceptable.
