This critical feature ensures our ATEX/EX-compliant fan units deliver safe and dependable performance by preventing spark generation, maintaining reliable operation in all potentially explosive atmospheres.
The spark proof lining is used for fans constructed and marked for ATEX Category 2G/D according to EU directive ATEX 2014/34/EU, and for Ex non-sparking fans in accordance with IACS F29/2005 for use on ships.
Aluminium for ATEX applications and brass for EX and marine environments.
